Cookies & session recording

A quick, plain-English look at what our website collects and how to change your settings. This adds to our Privacy Policy.

What we collect

  • The pages you visit, how long you stay, how far you scroll and what you tap.
  • Your device and browser type, and the site, search or ad that sent you here.
  • A rough location (city and state) based on your IP address.
  • A random ID in your browser so we know when you come back. It doesn't include your name.

Session recording

We record how people use the site, like scrolls, clicks and taps, so we can spot and fix anything confusing. What you type is never recorded, and our own recordings are deleted after 30 days.

When you reach out

If you send a form or chat with us, we keep what you share (like your name, email or phone) so our team can help. For chats we also keep your IP address and the pages you viewed. Messages you send our AI assistant go to our AI service provider so it can reply.

Tools we use

Each one follows its own privacy policy. A few tags come from our website platform itself; those follow our Privacy Policy, not the settings on this page.

Why we use it

To improve the site, see which pages, listings and ads help people, reply when you contact us, and keep the site secure.
